Why Can't I Launch My Campaign? Understanding Wallet Balance Requirements

If you’re seeing an error like:

"Not enough funds in your wallet. Top up your wallet before submitting your campaign for review."

this means your current wallet balance does not meet the total budget requirement for the campaign you’re trying to launch.

Why This Happens

To ensure campaigns run smoothly and without unexpected pauses, Mintfunnel requires that your wallet contains at least the full lifetime budget of your campaign at the time you submit it for review.

Example:

If your campaign settings include:

  • Daily budget: $10

  • Lifetime budget: $1,000

You must have at least $1,000 in your wallet to launch this campaign—even if you only expect to spend $10 per day.

If your wallet only has $100, the system will prevent you from submitting the campaign because it cannot guarantee the funds will be available for the campaign's full duration.

What You Can Do

  • Check your campaign’s lifetime budget. Go to the campaign draft and confirm what total budget you’ve set.

  • Check your wallet balance. Navigate to your Wallet tab to see how much is currently available.

  • Top up your wallet. If the balance is lower than the campaign’s total budget, use Stripe to add funds.

You can adjust the campaign’s lifetime budget to match your wallet balance or top up to meet the full amount required.
