  • Recommended: 400-800 words

  • Avoid overly short or excessively long submissions. Content should be informative and relevant.

Structure & Formatting

  • Include a lead paragraph that summarizes the main news.

  • Use subheadings (e.g., "About the Company") where appropriate.

  • Bullet points are allowed but should be used sparingly.

Tone and Style

  • Use a professional, objective tone.

  • Avoid direct promotion or salesy language.

  • Stick to factual reporting.

Links and Anchors

  • Max 3 external links per press release.

  • Avoid keyword-stuffed anchor text.

  • Do not link to prohibited content or affiliate/referral URLs.

Media and Attachments

  • You may include one image (JPG, PNG, or GIF) no larger than 2MB.

  • Logos or feature images should be relevant and high quality.

  • Avoid stock imagery that does not reflect the press content.

Prohibited Content

  • No adult content, gambling, weapons, or unsubstantiated medical claims.

  • No defamatory, misleading, or promotional superlatives.

Company Boilerplate (About Section)

  • Include a brief description of the company issuing the press release.

  • Mention website, founding year, headquarters, and core offerings.
